Kinzie Foods, the bold small-batch sauce brand behind flavors like Pickle, Espresso, and Reaper barbecue sauces, is looking for one standout content creator to help us sell our products in a way that turns heads, stops thumbs, and maybe melts a few faces (in a good way).

The Hired Creator Will Receive:

  • $100,000 annual salary
  • Creative lead over Kinzie’s video content and storytelling
  • No 9-to-5 required — just great work, on your time, from anywhere

You’ll have full freedom to keep your clients, side projects, or second careers. We’re looking for a creative partner to help drive the brand forward.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create content that makes us the most exciting, talked-about sauce brand in the country
  • Shoot, write, edit, and publish engaging TikToks through engaging storytelling
  • Build narrative arcs, recurring content ideas, and even characters (our sauces are spicy — the brand voice should be too)
  • Collaborate with our founder and team to bring product drops, behind-the-scenes stories, and crowd-sourced flavor tests to life
  • Track what works, test what doesn’t, and evolve the story with us in real time

What You Bring:

  • You’re a creative force: funny, fearless, and sharp with a camera (or a phone)
  • You have proven traction: viral moments, consistent views, or a style we can’t stop watching
  • You know how to shoot and edit short-form video (TikTok native preferred)
  • You love food and flavor and enjoy telling stories that make people feel something
  • You’re equally comfortable improvising on your own or collaborating with a team
  • You’re not afraid to push boundaries, try new things, or turn a sauce into a spectacle

This is not about pumping out content. It’s about building something people talk about. You’ll help shape the voice and identity of a brand that’s growing fast, loves its community, and isn’t afraid to say things like “It’s not f******n hot sauce.”

How will applications be reviewed?

Our team at Kinzie will review submissions daily, looking for creativity, personality, and that unmistakable “this person gets it” spark — finalists will be contacted directly for a video interview.

Will I be working with a team or solo?

You’ll lead the creative, but we’re here to brainstorm, support, and hype you up.

Is this an employee or contractor role?

You’ll be an independent contractor — with the freedom that comes with it.

If hired, can I work with other clients while doing this job?

Yes — this is designed to fit into your creative life, not take it over.

When will the winner be announced?

We’ll announce our pick by the end of September, 2025 once we’ve reviewed submissions and probably rewatched our favorites a dozen times.
