Returns Policy: Damages or Defects Only
We only accept returns for damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@kinziefoods.com with:
- A photo of the damaged item
- Your order details and proof of purchase
We'll evaluate the issue and provide instructions for a return, if necessary.
Refunds:
Once the return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
