SHIPPING POLICY

At Kinzie Foods, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and without surprises. Here’s everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after you receive the order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll get a second notification via email when your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES, FREE SHIPPING & ESTIMATED DELIVERY

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and shipping option chosen.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $45. Orders under that amount will incur standard shipping fees.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order ships, delivery times depend on your address and the carrier. While we strive for speed, actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high demand.

TRACKING & ORDER STATUS

  • When your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become fully active after you receive that email.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at info@kinziefoods.com with your name and order number, and we’ll help trace it.

PO BOXES & RESTRICTED ADDRESSES

  • Some shipping carriers may have limitations on delivering to P.O. Boxes. If you select a P.O. Box address, please be aware there might be restrictions or delays.
  • For best service, we suggest using a physical address whenever possible.

DELAYS & EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

  • While we do our best to meet the stated processing and shipping times, some delays are beyond our control (e.g., carrier outages, weather, natural disasters, customs for international shipping, high volumes).
  • We appreciate your patience! If there is a known delay affecting your order, we will aim to notify you via email.
