Sweet & Spicy Kinzie Fiery BBQ Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Kinzie Fiery BBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sliced green onions or herbs of choice
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Place salmon fillets skin-side down on a baking pan. Baste each fillet generously with Kinzie Fiery BBQ Sauce, then drizzle honey on top. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Bake until the salmon is cooked through—about 10–12 minutes for fresh or thawed fillets. For frozen fillets, extend cooking time to 18–25 minutes, depending on thickness.
- Remove from the oven. Baste again with Kinzie Fiery BBQ Sauce, sprinkle with green onions or herbs, and serve with lemon wedges.
Pro Tip: For extra caramelization, broil the salmon for the last 1–2 minutes after baking.
