Kinzie Pickle BBQ Roasted Corn
Ingredients
- 4 ears corn, husks removed
- ½ cup Kinzie Pickle BBQ Sauce
- Optional: chopped pickles for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to high heat.
- Grill the corn, turning every minute or so, until it begins to blacken and char—about 5–6 minutes.
- Optional: For extra tenderness, boil the corn for 5 minutes before grilling.
- About 1–2 minutes before the corn is done, start brushing it with Kinzie Pickle BBQ Sauce.
- Remove the corn from the grill and give it one final brush of BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle with chopped chives and diced pickles for an extra punch of pickle flavor.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
