Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ cup Kinzie Ghost BBQ Sauce (plus more for serving)
- Corn on the cob, cut into chunks
- Chicken sausage or your preferred variety
- Old Bay seasoning
- ½ stick unsalted butter (sliced into tablespoons)
- Fresh lemon
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley (garnish)
Directions
1. Prep the Packets
Preheat your oven to 400°F. If you're using a grill, foil works best. Cut large sheets of aluminum foil or parchment paper big enough to fold and seal into packets. Drizzle olive oil on each sheet.
2. Assemble Ingredients
Place equal portions of corn chunks, sausage slices, and shrimp onto each sheet.
3. Add Flavor
Sprinkle everything with Old Bay seasoning. Add one tablespoon of butter on top of each packet and drizzle with Kinzie Ghost BBQ Sauce.
4. Seal & Cook
Fold the foil or parchment tightly to create sealed packets. Cook in the oven on a baking sheet, or directly on the grill, for 20–25 minutes until shrimp are pink and fully cooked.
5. Finish & Serve
Carefully open the packets. Drizzle with more Kinzie Ghost BBQ Sauce, a squeeze of fresh lemon, and garnish with chopped parsley.
