Ingredients
- 1 pound salmon filet

- 1 teaspoon Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup prepared white rice
- 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup cucumber slices
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and sesame seeds for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparing the Salmon
- Remove the skin from the salmon filet and cube it into bite-sized pieces.
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together Kinzie Espresso BBQ Sauce, Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce, honey, olive oil, paprika, and minced garlic.
