Kinzie Sweet BBQ Oysters
Ingredients
- 10 fresh oysters, shucked
- ½ cup Kinzie Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar of choice (Sherry vinegar complements coffee/espresso notes best, or use red vinegar for a classic profile)
- 2 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Arrange the shucked oysters on a serving platter over a bed of crushed ice or rock salt to keep them steady and chilled.
- Spoon a little Kinzie Espresso BBQ Sauce over each oyster.
- Add a dollop of horseradish on top of each oyster, to taste.
- Right before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dressed oysters.
- Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges and a side of Kinzie Espresso BBQ Sauce.
