Ingredients:

6 eggs (or store-bought boiled)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Kinzie Pickle BBQ Sauce (plus more for dipping)

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

¼ teaspoon lemon juice

⅛ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Chopped chives or green onion (for garnish)

Instructions:

Hard-Boiling the Eggs:

1. Place the eggs in a large pot and cover them with water.

2. Turn the burner to high heat and bring the water to a boil.

3. Once boiling, set a timer for 10 minutes.

4. When the time is up, remove the pot from heat, drain the hot water, and immediately fill the pot with ice and cold water.

5. Let the eggs sit for 10 minutes until fully cooled.

6. Gently crack the shells and peel them completely.

7. If preparing in advance, store in an airtight container. Otherwise, proceed to the next step.

Preparing the Filling:

1. Slice each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise and remove the yolks, placing them in a bowl.

2. Set the egg whites aside.

3. Add the mayonnaise, Kinzie Pickle BBQ Sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the yolks.

4. Mix until smooth using a hand mixer or mash with a fork.

5. Stir with a spatula until the filling is well combined and creamy.

Assembling the Deviled Eggs:

1. Using a spoon or piping bag, fill each egg white with the yolk mixture.

2. Sprinkle with chopped chives or green onion.

3. Lightly dust with extra paprika.

4. Drizzle with additional Kinzie Pickle BBQ Sauce for extra flavor.

5. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately. Enjoy!
