Kinzie Ghost Pepper BBQ Sauce Baked Turkish Chicken Kebabs Recipe

Kinzie Ghost BBQ Baked Turkish Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients

For the Chicken Kebabs:

3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

3 skewers (if wooden, soak for 30 minutes)

1 cup prepared rice of choice (for serving)

Garnish: parsley or cilantro, green onion, and sliced lemon

For the Marinade:

6 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

1-2 tablespoons Kinzie Ghost BBQ Sauce (plus more for dipping)

2 teaspoons cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

2-3 garlic cloves, grated

½ lemon, juiced

A splash of oil

Salt & pepper to taste

For the Dipping Sauce:

⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 teaspoons Kinzie Ghost BBQ Sauce

¼ teaspoon paprika

A splash of lemon juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Marinade

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes while you prep the marinade.

In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Kinzie Ghost BBQ Sauce, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper. Stir well until fully mixed.

2. Marinate the Chicken

Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and coat evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (for best flavor, marinate up to 2 hours).

3. Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a baking tray with oil to prevent sticking.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers and place them on the tray.

4. Bake the Chicken

Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until the chicken is cooked through and starts to char at the edges.

Remove from the oven and let the kebabs rest for a few minutes before serving.

5. Make the Dipping Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Kinzie Ghost BBQ Sauce, paprika, and lemon juice until smooth.

6. Assemble & Serve

Serve the baked skewers over a bed of rice with a side of dipping sauce and extra Kinzie Ghost BBQ Sauce. Garnish with fresh lemon slices, parsley, or cilantro, and enjoy!
