Ingredients

1 ½ pounds small gold potatoes

Big handful of salt

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup Kinzie Espresso BBQ Sauce (plus extra for topping)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup sour cream (for dipping)

1 small bundle of fresh chives, finely chopped

Optional: Bacon crumbles for topping

 

Directions

Step 1: Boil the Potatoes
