Kinzie Pickle BBQ Buffalo Chicken Dip

Cheesy, creamy, and the perfect flavorful game-day snack!

Ingredients

1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup Kinzie Dill Pickle BBQ Sauce, plus more for finishing

1/3 cup Ranch dressing of choice

1/2 cup Buffalo sauce of choice

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided (more for topping)

Chopped chives and pickles for garnish (optional)

For dipping: Chips, pretzels, baguette slices, crackers, carrots, and/or celery

Instructions

1. Preheat & Prep: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Spray a small skillet or an 8 x 8 oven-proof dish with cooking oil.

2. Mix it Up: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Kinzie Dill Pickle BBQ Sauce, Buffalo sauce, Ranch dressing, and 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until fully combined.

3. Assemble & Bake: Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared skillet or baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese over the top. Bake, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

4. Serve & Enjoy: Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with more Kinzie Dill Pickle BBQ Sauce. Top with chopped chives and pickles, if desired. Serve with chips, carrots, celery, or your favorite dippers.
