Kinzie Ghost BBQ Brisket Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 box of your favorite mac & cheese (we used shells)
  • 1 tablespoon Kinzie Ghost Pepper BBQ Sauce (for the mac)
  • 1/4 cup Kinzie Ghost Pepper BBQ Sauce (for the brisket)
  • 1 cup prepared brisket (store-bought or homemade)
  • Milk & butter (as called for on the mac & cheese box)
  • Green onion, cilantro, red onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook mac & cheese according to box directions; set aside.
  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon of Kinzie Ghost Pepper BBQ Sauce along with the milk for an extra layer of smoky heat.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the warm brisket with 1/4 cup of Kinzie Ghost Pepper BBQ Sauce until well coated.
  4. Pour the prepared mac & cheese into a serving dish, and top or mix with the sauced brisket.
  5. Optional: Top with shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 375°F for extra gooey goodness.
  6. Garnish with green onion, cilantro, and red onion. Serve and enjoy!
