Kinzie Fiery Korean BBQ Coconut Potsticker Bake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen potstickers (pork, chicken, or veggie)
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil such as avocado
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk (full fat preferred)
  • 3 tbsp Kinzie Fiery BBQ Sauce (adjust to heat tolerance)
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1–2 tsp brown sugar (optional, to balance heat)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated or minced
  • 1/4 cup water

Optional Garnishes

  • Chopped green onions
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges
  • Extra drizzle of Kinzie Fiery BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or similar-sized oven-safe dish.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp oil over medium-high heat. Add the frozen potstickers in a single layer, flat side down. Sear for 2–3 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp on the bottom.
  3. Make the Sauce: In the greased 9x13-inch baking dish, whisk together the coconut milk, Kinzie Fiery BBQ Sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar (optional), minced garlic and ginger, and 1/4 cup water.
  4. Transfer the seared potstickers to the prepared baking dish with the coconut mixture. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes, until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized at the edges.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Top with your favorite garnishes such as green onions, sesame seeds, fresh herbs, lime wedges, sliced jalapeño, and more Kinzie Fiery BBQ Sauce. Serve hot, straight from the baking dish and enjoy.

Pro Tip: Let potstickers cool for 5 minutes after baking to help the sauce thicken and cling better to each bite.
