Kinzie Espresso Grilled Salmon Salad Bowl Recipe

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon filet
  • 1/2 Cup Kinzie Espresso Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Coconut Aminos, or Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Paprika 
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 Cup prepared white rice
  • 1/2 Cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup, Cucumbers
  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced 
  • Fresh cilantro, lime wedges & sesame seeds for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Remove skin off of the salmon and cube into bite size pieces. 
  2. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, whisk Kinzie Espresso BBQ Sauce, Coconut Aminos, or Soy Sauce, Brush with Kinzie Spicy BBQ Sauce, Honey, olive oil, Paprika, & garlic. Marinade overnight or at least 4 hours.
  3. Place marinated salmon cubes into a sprayed or lined air fryer basket. Drizzle remaining marinade on top. Set heat to 400 and air fry for 8-12 minutes depending on the air fryer.
  4. While the salmon cubes are cooking, assemble your bowl/s. 
  5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
