Kinzie Espresso Grilled Salmon Salad Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon filet
  • 1/2 cup Kinzie Espresso BBQ Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup prepared white rice
  • 1/2 cup purple cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro, lime wedges, and sesame seeds for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparing the Salmon

  1. Remove the skin from the salmon filet and cube it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together Kinzie Espresso BBQ Sauce, Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce, honey, olive oil, paprika, and minced garlic.
  3. Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
